Our organisation is committed to child safety. We have zero tolerance of child abuse. Our Code of Conduct, recruitment and vetting practices are strictly adhered to during the application and interviewing process. This is necessary because many of our positions involve field work and contact with children. Applicants should be aware that we carry out assessments, police records checks and reference checks (as we see fit) to ensure that we are recruiting the right people.
Historically, RPC has relied hugely on the work of volunteers. RPC is in principle keen to accommodate volunteers or work experience placements within its program of activities.
RPC has embarked upon a Volunteers Program using local volunteers based in Malawi. We solicit support for our Volunteer Program from people and institutions who see the benefits such a program can bring.
We are developing a facility by which potential volunteers can register their interest in being a volunteer. In order to register their interest, potential volunteers will send their details through a dedicated link. We will be giving status updates on this via our e-newsletter.
From time to time, RPC advertises opportunities relating to employment either for itself or on behalf of collaborative partner organisations. Whenever there are any recent opportunities, the documents containing the relevant details may be downloaded from the list below.
