Returns and Cancellation policy

RPC wants to ensure that in our efforts to help combat poverty in Malawi, we work in harmony with our benefactors. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the procedures or outcomes of your donation, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to resolve any issue as soon as possible. The questions and answers below will hopefully clarify what we are able and willing to do to ensure you are satisfied with our efforts.

I have processed a payment on RPC's web site but have not heard anything. How do I know what is going on?

Contact us by mail, email or phone. Don't be overly concerned. We are often busy with our rural farmers and sometimes cannot get to our emails promptly to let you know what is going on.

I have processed a payment on RPC's web site but I now want to cancel. What can I do?

Contact us quickly. If we have not yet actually paid for items or animals or services, we will arrange to refund your payment, possibly less a small charge to cover our banking and administration costs. If we have already paid for goods, we will not be able to refund your payment.

I am not convinced that my donation is being used effectively.

We always do our best, sometimes under difficult circumstances, to ensure our work is effective. Please let us know what are your concerns and we will strive to resolve any issues. We will always do our best to find out just how the particular beneficiaries of your donation are doing and we will let you know by email.

I have sent messages repeatedly but still have not heard anything from you. Why not?

Your message may not have got through. It is possible that our spam control system has been a little too conscientious. Please contact us using conventional email at this email address:
